This page contains the instructions for downloading the TAP package for protein structure validation. The package is currently available as pre-compiled executables for Linux platforms. It has been extensively tested under Debian kernel 2.4.x with g++ compiler v 2.95 for 32-bit architectures.

Instructions:
The executables come as a ".tar.gz" file, meaning that they have to be untarred and unzipped. To do this, type:$> cd wherever-you-downloaded-the-package $> tar xvfz Tap-package-name.tar.gz $> cd Tap $> cat READMEIn the Tap directory you will find the README file containing the detailed installation instructions.
